Third-Party Rider Pickup Customers may arrange pickup and delivery using third-party rider services, including but not limited to: • Yango Delivery • Uber Package • Bolt Delivery • Other delivery providers of the customer's choice Once the order is ready, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the rider service. 4. Delivery Costs Tailors Market Online does not charge or collect delivery fees for third-party rider services. Any delivery fees, rider charges, or transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the delivery provider. 5. Responsibility During Delivery When a customer arranges a third-party rider to collect an order, responsibility for the order transfers upon successful handover to the rider. Tailors Market Online is not responsible for: • Delivery delays caused by the rider service • Loss occurring after rider collection • Damage occurring during transportation • Incorrect delivery by the rider service Customers are encouraged to use reputable delivery providers and verify rider details before pickup. 6. Special Shipping Requests Customers requiring delivery outside our normal service area or requiring special shipping arrangements may contact us before placing an order. Where possible, we may assist in coordinating a suitable shipping solution; however, all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7.
